On 26 September 2024, the BlueAquaEdu project partners organized a Workshop on by-products processing and valorization in Boulogne sur-Mer, France. The event, which was attended mostly online, provided a comprehensive overview of the environmental, economic and social benefits of sustainable by-product management, showcasing the latest technologies and best practices in the field.

The aims were to:

– Learn the fundamentals of by-product treatment and recovery.

– Discover the environmental impact and sustainable management strategies.

– Explore the economic and community benefits of by-product recovery.

– Discover advanced by-product treatment technologies and methods.
