This course provides students with the skills and knowledge needed on foundational principles and practices that ensure the quality and safety of aquaculture products during post-harvest handling. Students will acquire Knowledge on the most commonly used methods for its analysis. Comprehend the importance of fatty acids in fish and human diets and learn methods for analyzing fatty acid composition, to ensure high standards of of aquaculture products.
